Order Procedure
We are available on the phone from 6.30.am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday & 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays to answer any questions you may have.
Orders must be placed on days of operation by 1pm and at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your order.
Our preferred method of ordering would be to use the website www.baglanbakery.co.uk.
We are happy to process late orders, however we cannot guarantee delivery time or specific food selection but we will endeavour to meet your requirements. You may alternatively arrange to collect your order from our bakery.
Order Confirmation (e-mail only)
We will confirm your order following receipt by email. If you have not received confirmation from us within 24 hours, please call us on 01639 813010.
Order Amendment and Cancellation
If you wish to amend your order, you must do this at least 24 hours before delivery to guarantee the changes to your order.
If the order is cancelled less than 24 working hours before the scheduled delivery time, the full cost will be charged.
Deliveries
We will discuss delivery options with you before you place your first order. Routine deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are subject to special arrangement.
We will endeavour to deliver your order within the timeslot requested, however we cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control.
Minimum Orders & Delivery Charge
The minimum order quantity is for 6 people. Deliveries will be charged subject to postcode area; please see the website for more details.
Substitutions
We will endeavour to deliver your exact order, but we do operate a fresh food policy and so reserve the right to substitute any product with a suitable alternative without prior notice should the need arise.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English and Welsh law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A contract between the customer and Baglan Bakery Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove any or all of these terms and conditions at any time and each such change shall be effective upon posting.

If you intend to cancel the contract with us upon such changes, you may cancel either in respect of all the affected products or just the products you are yet to receive.
If you opt to cancel, you shall return (at our cost) relevant products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
Price And Delivery Charges
Prices of the products are specified on our site and confirmed on the checkout page. We may change our prices any time, but that will not affect the prices for confirmed orders.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). However, if there is a change in the rate of VAT between the date of the order and the date of delivery or performance, the rate of VAT that you pay will be adjusted, unless you have already paid full purchase price prior to the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
Delivery cost is not included in the price specified for a product. It will be added to the due amount at the checkout / Point of Sale.
Despite our best efforts, there may be incorrect prices on some of the products. If the product’s correct price is less than the price shown on our website, the lower amount will be charged. If the product’s correct price is higher than the price specified on our site, we will inform you of this and ask whether you wish to continue with the order with the actual higher price. If the error in price is obvious, unmistakable and mispricing could have been recognised reasonably by you, we will not be liable to provide the products to you at the lower price that was incorrect.
International delivery: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. You may place an order for products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK.
Payment
Payment for products is to be made in advance by credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until the products are dispatched to you. We accept payment with all major credit and debit cards.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
Returns/Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your Baglan Bakery products we will offer you a full or partial refund following our investigation into the order. Any returns and/or refunds will be arranged within seven working days of the matter being settled.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press.
